What happens if I want to cancel?
If you no longer wish to hold an account with us simply let us know and we will delete your membership for you.
How long does membership last for?
It will last for as long as you use our services, if your account has been inactive for a long period of time we may contact you to see if you wish to cancel your memebership.
How do I sign into the website?
Upon registering you will be asked to choose a username and password, this will be emailed to you upon successful registration, once this is complete simply go to the website and select the login button on the top right of the homepage.

As soon as you have completed the registration process and received the activation email you are ready to go, simply login via the homepage.

This web based application allows you to complete, edit and store your risk assessment and then save them in an easy to view format, the application will also allow you to identify particular hazard based on various search criteria and will email with reminders to review particular areas as and when required.
Can you tell me about the personnel database application?
This web based application allows you to maintain accurate records of employee’s information ensuring that the information is always on hand including absence and holiday management. HR Online will then email reminders as set by the user informing you of important dates i.e. probation hearing.
What is the online library?
The online library provides you with a comprehensive guide to all current health & safety and employment legislation so that you can stay up date with current practice.
Is it secure?
Our member’s area is subject to 128 bit SSL encryption and all information is stored on a dedicated server protected by a state of the art firewall and virus software so that no information is stored on your computer reducing the risk of loss or theft.

The online service is compatible with however all downloads are in Word format, should you be using an Apple computer please contact us and will we tailor the documents for you and email the in PDF format.
