Health and Safety (Information for Employees) Regulations 1989

These regulations require that the Approved Poster entitled – Health & safety – what you should know, is displayed or the approved leaflet is distributed. This details all information that an employee should be aware of including contact information of the local enforcing authority.

Since July 2000 the latest version of the poster must be displayed or distributed.
