We take your privacy and the privacy of your employees very seriously and should you have any questions about our privacy policy please contact us.

A. Our pledge

1. When you sign up to an account you will only be signed up to our fortnightly newsletter and not to any promotional material from third parties.
2. Your personal information (and employee information) will be kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone unless required to do so ny law.
3. We do not send promotional material to you unless you have speciafically requested us to do so.

B. We NEVER touch your information

1. Your database is stored on a secure I-Resources server. We do not under any circumstances use the information in any way for marketing purposes and your database is kept strictly confidential.
2. Only carefully selected authorised personnel have access to view customer accounts and this is only used when necessary.

C. Transactional and Mandatory Emails that we will be sending you

These are the types of email that you can expect to receive from I-Resources if you sign up for our services.

1. Email receipts – when you use a credit or debit card to place an order with I-Resources you will naturally be receiving an email for your purchase.
2. System alerts – all accounts may receive mandatory ‘system alert’ messages which usually consist of planned outages, system improvements, version updates, point releases and important customer service information. Our system alert messages are brief and non-promotional in nature.
3. Email reminders – when you sign up to one of our services you will receive an email reminder should your account require your attention i.e. risk assessment requires reviewing, these emails will be brief and non promotional.
4. Automated responses – if you submit a help ticket to I-Resources, our system might automatically send you a brief survey email requesting your feedback on how your issue was resolved. We use this information to improve our service for the future.

D. Promotional Emails
We do not send promotional unless you have requested them

1. Fortnightly we will send you our I-Resources newsletter unless you decide to ‘opt out’ which you can do so by emailing us or using the ‘unsubscribe link’ at the bottom of the newsletter.
2. Should you opt to receive promotional emails from us we will only send information that is offered by us or a partner information. Should you wish to unsubscribe from this service you can do so by emailing us or using the ‘unsubscribe link’ at the bottom of the newsletter.

E. Personally identifiable information and out use of Cookies

1. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties
2. When you visit our website, we don’t automatically collect any personally identifiable information about you.
3. We do not partner with or have any special relationships with any ad server companies.
4. When we do send emails to our own registered customers, we will sometimes track who opened and who clicked. We do this to measure the performance of our email campaigns and improve our service in the future.
5. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with legal proceedings.
6. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy we will post these changes on our home page and wherever we deem appropriate so that you are aware of any changes made. We reserve the right to review this policy at any time so please review it frequently.

F. Safeguarding your Information

1. To protect your information our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128 bit Ssl technology for secure transactions. In additiona our vendor also participate in a number of safe payment schemes including AVS, CV2, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Our payment vendor is Protx. www.protx.com
2. I-Resources accounts require a username and password to log in. When you are finished please click log out to prevent someone from accessing your account. (Note you will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity)
3. Our advisers do not have access to your account passwords and should you forget your password please follow steps outlined on the login page.
